Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:5032 حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ صُهَيْبٍ ثنا حَبِيبُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَرْقَمَ قَالَ كُنَّا نَقْرَأُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ «لَوْ كَانَ لِابْنِ آدَمَ وَادِيَانِ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ أَوْ فِضَّةٍ لَتَمَنَّى الثَّالِثُ وَلَا يَمْلَأُ بَطْنَ ابْنِ آدَمَ إِلَّا التُّرَابُ وَيَتُوبُ اللهُ عَلَى مَنْ تَابَ»
انگریزی ترجمہ
Zayd ibn Arqam said: We used to recite during the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him): "If the son of Adam had two valleys of gold or silver, he would desire a third; and nothing fills the belly of the son of Adam except dust. And Allah accepts the repentance of whoever repents."
