Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:3828 حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِرْقٍ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ ثنا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ عُبَيْدَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ غَزْوَانَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْمِقْدَامِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مِثْلَهُ «أَلَا لَا يَقُولُ رَجُلٌ مُتَّكِئٌ عَلَى أَرِيكَتِهِ مَا وَجَدْنَا فِي كِتَابِ اللهِ مِنْ حَلَالٍ أَحْلَلْنَاهُ وَمَا وَجَدْنَا فِي كِتَابِ اللهِ مِنْ حَرَامٍ حَرَّمْنَاهُ أَلَا وَإِنِّي أُحَرِّمُ عَلَيْكُمْ أَمْوَالَ الْمُعَاهَدِينَ» الْحَدِيثَ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Khalid ibn al-Walid narrated from the Prophet (peace be upon him) a similar hadith: "Let not a man reclining on his couch say: Whatever we find in the Book of Allah that is lawful, we declare it lawful, and whatever we find in the Book of Allah that is forbidden, we declare it forbidden. Indeed, I forbid upon you the properties of those under treaty" - and the rest of the hadith.
