أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلاَقَةَ عَنْ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ

Jarir said: "I pledged allegiance to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) upon hearing and obeying."
