Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:1854 حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ الْأَزْدِيُّ ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو ثنا زَائِدَةُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي خَالِدٍ الْوَالِبِيِّ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ ؓ قَالَ «أَوَّلُ مَنْ رَمَى بِسَهْمٍ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ سَعْدٌ»
انگریزی ترجمہ
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Pre-emption applies to every jointly-owned property — whether land, a dwelling, or a garden. It is not permissible to sell it until the partner is offered it. If he wants it, he takes it; and if he does not want it, then the owner may sell it."
