Jabir said: We were with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) when we came upon a thick, lush garden. He said: "There is no Muslim who plants a tree except that whatever is eaten from it is charity for him, whatever is stolen from it is charity for him, whatever birds eat from it is charity for him, whatever an animal grazes from it is charity for him, and whatever is taken from it is charity for him until the Day of Resurrection."
