Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:1376 حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ التُّسْتَرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَفَّانَ بْنِ كَرَامَةَ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ حَسَنِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنَ الْحَكَمِ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «إِنَّا لَا نَأْكُلُ النُّهْبَةَ فَإِنَّهَا لَا تَحِلُّ» قُلْتُ لِسِمَاكٍ مَا هَذِهِ النُّهْبَةُ الَّتِي نَهَى عَنْهَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ؟ قَالَ قَالَ ثَعْلَبَةُ هِي غَنَمٌ انْتَهَبُوها يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُقْسَمَ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «أَكْفِئُوا الْقُدُورَ»
انگریزی ترجمہ
Tha'labah ibn al-Hakam said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) say: "We do not eat plunder (seized without authorization), for it is not lawful." I said to Simak: "What is this plunder that the Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade?" He said: Tha'labah said: "It was sheep that they seized on the Day of Khaybar before it was distributed." So the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Overturn the pots."
