Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:11842 حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ وَجَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ الْفَزَارِيُّ الْكُوفِيُّ قَالَا ثنا عَبَّادُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْأَسَدِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ الْعَرْزَمِيُّ عَنْ شَيْبَانَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ يَسِيلُ وَجْهُهُ دَمًا فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنِّي اتَّبَعْتُ امْرَأَةً فَلَقِيَنِي رَجُلٌ فَصَنَعَ بِي مَا تَرَى فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ اللهَ ﷻ إِذَا أَرَادَ بِعَبْدٍ خَيْرًا عَجَّلَ عُقُوبَةَ ذَنْبِهِ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَإِذَا أَرَادَ بِعَبْدٍ شَرًّا أَمْسَكَ عَلَيْهِ بِذَنَبِهِ حَتَّى يُوافِيَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ كَأَنَّهُ عِيرٌ»
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ibn Abbas said: A man came to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) with blood streaming down his face. He said: 'O Messenger of Allah, I was following a woman and a man met me and did to me what you see.' The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Indeed, when Allah wills good for a servant, He hastens his punishment for his sin in this world. And when He wills evil for a servant, He withholds his sin against him until He confronts him with it on the Day of Resurrection as if it were a loaded caravan.'
