Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:11748 حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ قَالَا ثنا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ آخَا بَيْنَ أَصْحَابِهِ فَجَعَلُوا يَتَوَارَثُونَ لِذَلِكَ حَتَّى نَزَلَتْ {وَأُولُو الْأَرْحَامِ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلَى بِبَعْضٍ} فَتَوَارَثُوا بِالنَّسَبِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ibn Abbas reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) established brotherhood between his Companions, and they used to inherit from each other because of that, until the verse was revealed: {Those of blood relationship are more entitled to each other} [8:75]. So they inherited by kinship.
