وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "مطل الغني ظلم وإذا أُتبع أحدكم على مليء فليتبع" ((متفق عليه. معنى "أتبع": أحيل)).
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) said:The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated, "It is an act of oppression on the part of a person to procrastinate in fulfilling his obligation; if the repayment of a debt due to any of you is undertaken by a rich person, you should agree to the substitution.".
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: مالدار کا ادائیگی میں ٹال مٹول کرنا ظلم ہے۔ اور جب تم میں سے کسی کا قرض کسی مالدار کے ذمے لگا دیا جائے (حوالہ) تو اسے قبول کرے۔ (متفق علیہ)
