عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : “من شهد الجنازة حتي يصلى عليها، فله قيراط ، ومن شهدها حتي تدفن، فله قيراطان" قيل: وما القيراطان؟ قال: “مثل الجبلين العظيمين” ((متفق عليه)) .
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) reported that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated, "Whoever follows the funeral procession and offers the funeral prayer for it, will get a reward equal to one Qirat, and whoever attends it till burial, will get a reward equal to two Qirat.'' It was asked, "What are two Qirat?'' He (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) replied, "Equal to two huge mountains." .
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: 'جو شخص جنازے کے ساتھ جائے اور نماز جنازہ پڑھے، اسے ایک قیراط (ثواب) ملے گا، اور جو دفن ہونے تک ساتھ رہے، اسے دو قیراط ملیں گے۔' عرض کیا گیا: دو قیراط کیا ہیں؟ ارشاد فرمایا: 'دو بڑے پہاڑوں کے برابر۔'
