انگریزی ترجمہ
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever gives someone something (as a gift) for his lifetime and for his heirs, saying, 'This I have given to you and to your heirs after you as long as any of them remains,' then it belongs to the one to whom the life-grant (umra) was given, and it does not return to the giver, because he made a gift in which inheritance takes effect." [Mukhtasar Sahih Muslim, Hadith: 992]
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: جو شخص کسی کو اس کی زندگی تک اور اس کے ورثا کو کوئی چیز (ہبہ) اور یوں کہے کہ یہ میں نے تجھے دیا اور تیرے بعد تیرے وارثوں کو جب تک ان میں سے کوئی باقی رہے، تو وہ اسی کا ہو گا جس کو عمریٰ دیا گیا۔ اور دینے والے کو واپس نہ ملے گی اس لئے کہ اس نے ایسا عطیہ دیا ہے جس میں میراث ہو گی۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 992]
