Narrated Anas (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Take the pre-dawn meal (suhur), for in the suhur there is blessing."

سیدنا انس رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: سحری کھایا کرو کیونکہ سحری میں برکت ہے۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 580]
