انگریزی ترجمہ
Narrated Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "When one of you is in doubt in his prayer (as to how many rak'ahs he has prayed) and does not know whether he has prayed three or four, let him cast aside the doubt and build upon what he is certain of. Then before the salam let him make two prostrations. Now if he has prayed five rak'ahs, these two prostrations together with them will make it six; and if he has prayed a full four, these two prostrations will rub dust in the face of the devil." [Mukhtasar Sahih Muslim, Hadith: 351]
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ جب تم میں سے کوئی اپنی نماز میں شک کرے (کہ کتنی رکعتیں پڑھی ہیں) اور معلوم نہ ہو سکے کہ تین پڑھی ہیں یا چار تو شک کو دور کرے اور جس قدر کا یقین ہو، اس کو قائم کرے۔ پھر سلام سے پہلے دو سجدے کر لے اب اگر اس نے پانچ رکعتیں پڑھی ہیں تو یہ دو سجدے مل کر چھ رکعتیں ہو جائیں گی اور اگر پوری چار پڑھی ہیں تو ان دونوں سجدوں سے شیطان کے منہ میں خاک پڑ جائے گی۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 351]
