انگریزی ترجمہ
Narrated the Mother of the Believers Aishah the Truthful (may Allah be pleased with her): One night the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) delayed the Isha prayer until a large part of the night had passed and the people who were in the mosque had fallen asleep. Then he came out, prayed, and said, "If I did not fear that I would impose hardship upon my nation, this is its (proper) time."
اردو ترجمہ
ام المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہایک رات رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے نماز عشاء میں دیر کی، یہاں تک کہ رات کا بڑا حصہ گزر گیا اور مسجد میں جو لوگ تھے سو گئے۔ پھر آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنکلے، نماز پڑھی اور فرمایا کہ اگر مجھے یہ خیال نہ ہوتا کہ میں اپنی امت پر مشقت ڈال دوں گا، اس کا وقت یہی ہے۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 224]
