انگریزی ترجمہ
Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) says: We were with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) at Mina when the moon split into two pieces. One piece remained on this side of the mountain and one went to the other side. So the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "Bear witness."
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہہم رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکے ساتھ منیٰ میں تھے کہ چاند پھٹ کر دو ٹکڑے ہو گیا۔ ایک ٹکڑا تو پہاڑ کے اس طرف رہا اور ایک اس طرف چلا گیا۔ پس رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ گواہ رہو۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1538]
