The Mother of the Believers Aishah as-Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates from the Prophet (peace be upon him) that he said: "The hand of a thief is not to be cut off except for the theft of a quarter of a dinar or more." [Mukhtasar Sahih Muslim, Hadith: 1043]
اردو ترجمہ
ام المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ عنہا نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمسے روایت کرتی ہیں کہآپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: چور کا ہاتھ نہیں کاٹا جائے گا مگر چوتھائی دینار یا زیادہ کی چوری میں۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1043]
