انگریزی ترجمہ
It is narrated from Abu Umamah (that is, al-Harithi) (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever seizes the right of a Muslim by means of an oath (whether property or something other than property, such as the hide or dung of a dead animal, or other kinds of rights such as the right of pre-emption, the right to water, the punishment for slander, a wife's turn to be with him, and the like), Allah has made Hellfire obligatory for him and has forbidden Paradise to him." A man said: "O Messenger of Allah, even if it is a trifling thing?" He said: "Even if it is a twig of the arak tree." [Mukhtasar Sahih Muslim, Hadith: 1016]
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا ابوامامہ (یعنی حارثی) رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: جو شخص مسلمان کا حق (مال ہو یا غیر مال جیسے مردے کی کھال گوبر وغیرہ یا اور قسم کے حقوق جیسے حق شفعہ حق شرب حد قذف بیوی کے پاس رہنے کی باری وغیرہ) قسم کھا کر مار لے تو اللہ تعالیٰ نے اس کے لئے جہنم کو واجب کر دیا اور اس پر جنت کو حرام کر دیا۔ ایک شخص بولا یا رسول اللہ! اگر وہ ذرا سی چیز ہو تو آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ اگرچہ پیلو کی ایک ٹہنی ہی ہو۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1016]
