حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى وَهَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يُحَدِّثُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ لَمْ يَخْرُجْ إِلَيْنَا نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثَلَاثًا فَأُقِيمَتْ الصَّلَاةُ فَذَهَبَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ يَتَقَدَّمُ فَقَالَ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْحِجَابِ فَرَفَعَهُ فَلَمَّا وَضَحَ لَنَا وَجْهُ نَبِيِّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا نَظَرْنَا مَنْظَرًا قَطُّ كَانَ أَعْجَبَ إِلَيْنَا مِنْ وَجْهِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ وَضَحَ لَنَا قَالَ فَأَوْمَأَ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِيَدِهِ إِلَى أَبِي بَكْرٍ أَنْ يَتَقَدَّمَ وَأَرْخَى نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْحِجَابَ فَلَمْ نَقْدِرْ عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى مَاتَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna and Harun ibn Hadrat 'Abdullah narrated to us, both said: 'Abd al-Samad narrated to us, he said: I heard my father narrating, he said: 'Abd al-'Aziz narrated from Hadrat Anas (may Allah be well pleased with him), who said: the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) did not come out to us for three days. Then the iqamah for prayer was called and Hadrat Abu Bakr al-Siddiq (may Allah be well pleased with him) went forward to lead. the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) took hold of the curtain and raised it. When the blessed face of the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) became visible to us, we had never seen a sight more beloved to us than the blessed face of the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) when it appeared before us. the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) then gestured with his noble hand to Hadrat Abu Bakr (may Allah be well pleased with him) to go forward, and the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) let the curtain drop. We were not able to see him again until he passed away.
اردو ترجمہ
ہم سے محمد بن مثنیٰ اور ہارون بن عبداللہ نے بیان کیا، دونوں نے کہا: ہم سے عبدالصمد نے بیان کیا، فرمایا: میں نے اپنے والد سے سنا، وہ حدیث بیان کر رہے تھے، فرمایا: ہم سے عبدالعزیز نے حضرت انس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی، فرمایا: نبی اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم تین دن تک ہماری طرف باہر تشریف نہیں لائے، پھر نماز کی اقامت کہی گئی تو حضرت ابو بکر صدیق رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ آگے بڑھنے لگے۔ نبی اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے پردے کو پکڑ کر اٹھایا، جب ہمارے سامنے نبی اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کا چہرۂ انور نمایاں ہوا تو ہم نے کبھی کوئی ایسا منظر نہیں دیکھا تھا جو ہمیں نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے چہرۂ مبارک سے زیادہ پسندیدہ ہو جب وہ ہمارے سامنے نمایاں ہوا۔ پھر نبی اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے حضرت ابو بکر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کو اپنے دستِ مبارک سے اشارہ فرمایا کہ آگے بڑھ جائیں اور نبی اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے پردہ چھوڑ دیا۔ پھر ہم آپ تک (دوبارہ) نہ پہنچ سکے یہاں تک کہ آپ کا وصال ہو گیا۔
