وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ، عَنِ الْمُتَلاَعِنَيْنِ، وَعَنِ السُّنَّةِ، فِيهِمَا عَنْ حَدِيثِ، سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ أَخِي بَنِي سَاعِدَةَ أَنَّ رَجُلاً، مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ جَاءَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَرَأَيْتَ رَجُلاً وَجَدَ مَعَ امْرَأَتِهِ رَجُلاً وَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ بِقِصَّتِهِ . وَزَادَ فِيهِ فَتَلاَعَنَا فِي الْمَسْجِدِ وَأَنَا شَاهِدٌ . وَقَالَ فِي الْحَدِيثِ فَطَلَّقَهَا ثَلاَثًا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَأْمُرَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم . فَفَارَقَهَا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " ذَاكُمُ التَّفْرِيقُ بَيْنَ كُلِّ مُتَلاَعِنَيْنِ " .
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ibn Jurayj reported that Ibn Shihab narrated to him the incident of the invokers of curse (li'an) and the established practice regarding them, based on the hadith of Hadrat Sahl ibn Sa'd (may Allah be well pleased with him) — who was from the tribe of Banu Sa'ida — that a man from the Ansar came to the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) and submitted: O Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)! What do you say if a man sees another man with his wife? He then narrated the full hadith with its account. And he added that the couple then invoked the curse in the mosque and I was present. And in this narration it is mentioned that the man divorced his wife with three pronouncements before the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) could issue any command. Then Uwaymir separated from his wife. The Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: This is (the procedure for) those who invoke the curse whenever someone invokes it henceforth.
اردو ترجمہ
ابن جریج سے روایت ہے، کہا مجھے ابن شہاب نے بیان کیا لعان کرنے والوں کا واقعہ اور ان کے بارے میں سنت، حضرت سہل بن سعد رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ — جو بنو ساعدہ میں سے تھے — کی حدیث سے، کہ انصار میں سے ایک شخص نبی اکرم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا اور عرض کی: یا رسول اللہ! آپ کیا فرماتے ہیں اگر کوئی شخص اپنی بیوی کے ساتھ کسی مرد کو دیکھے؟ اور (آگے) پوری حدیث اپنے واقعے کے ساتھ بیان کی۔ اور اس میں یہ اضافہ کیا کہ پھر دونوں نے مسجد میں لعان کیا اور میں موجود تھا۔ اور اس حدیث میں یہ بھی ہے کہ اس شخص نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے حکم سے پہلے تین طلاقیں دے دیں۔ پھر عویمر اپنی بیوی سے الگ ہو گئے، آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: یہ ان لعان کرنے والوں (کا طریقہ) ہے جب بھی آئندہ کوئی لعان کرے۔
