Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) went to the graveyard and said: "Peace be upon you, abode of a believing people. And if Allah wills, we shall join you." He then said: "I wish we had seen our brothers." They said: "Are we not your brothers, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "You are my Companions. My brothers are those who have not yet come." They said: "How will you recognize those of your community who have not yet come, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "If a man had horses with white blazes on their foreheads and legs among horses that were all black, would he not recognize his own horses?" They said: "Yes." He said: "They will come on the Day of Resurrection with their faces and limbs shining from the traces of ablution, and I will be their forerunner at the Cistern."
