1362 صحيح حديث أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رضي الله عنه، قَالَ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: إِنَّ الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَى لاَ يَصْبُغُونَ، فَخَالِفُوهُمْ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Musa (peace be upon him) said: 'O Lord, teach me something by which I can remember You and supplicate You.' Allah said: 'Say La ilaha illallah (There is no god but Allah).' Musa said: 'O Lord, all Your servants say this.' Allah said: 'O Musa, if the seven heavens and all their inhabitants except Me, and the seven earths were placed on one pan of the Scale, and La ilaha illallah on the other, La ilaha illallah would outweigh them.'"
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”یہود و نصاریٰ (داڑھی وغیرہ) میں خضاب نہیں لگاتے، تم لوگ اس کے خلاف طریقہ اختیار کرو (یعنی خضاب لگایا کرو)۔“[اللؤلؤ والمرجان/كتاب اللباس والزينة/حدیث: 1362]
