حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عُمَارَةَ، عَنْ فِرَاسٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ سَيِّدَا كُهُولِ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ مِنَ الأَوَّلِينَ وَالآخِرِينَ إِلاَّ النَّبِيِّينَ وَالْمُرْسَلِينَ لاَ تُخْبِرْهُمَا يَا عَلِيُّ مَا دَامَا حَيَّيْنِ " .
انگریزی ترجمہ
It is narrated that Hadrat ' Ali (may Allah be well pleased with him) said: "The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: Hadrat 'Abu Bakr and 'Umar are the leaders of the mature people of Paradise, and the first and the last, except for the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)s and Messengers, but do not tell them about that, O Hadrat 'Ali, as long as they are still alive
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت علی المرتضیٰ کرّم اللہ تعالیٰ وجہہ الکریم فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: حضرت ابوبکرو عمر نبیوں اور رسولوں کے علاوہ جملہ اولین و آخرین میں سے ادھیڑ عمر والے جنتیوں کے سردار ہوں گے، علی! جب تک وہ دونوں زندہ رہیں انہیں یہ بات نہ بتانا ۱؎۔
