أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَلْمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «سَيَكُونُ مِنْ بَعْدِي خُلَفَاءُ يَعْمَلُونَ بِمَا يَعْلَمُونَ وَيَفْعَلُونَ مَا يُؤْمَرُونَ وَسَيَكُونُ مِنْ بَعْدِهِمْ خُلَفَاءُ يَعْمَلُونَ مَا لَا يَعْلَمُونَ وَيَفْعَلُونَ مَا لَا يُؤْمَرُونَ فَمَنْ أَنْكَرَ بَرِئَ وَمَنْ أَمْسَكَ سَلِمَ وَلَكِنْ مَنْ رَضِيَ وَتَابَعَ»
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn Salm informed us, Abd al-Rahman ibn Ibrahim narrated to us, al-Walid narrated to us, al-Awza'i narrated to us from al-Zuhri from Abu Salamah from Abu Hurayrah who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "There will be after me caliphs who act according to what they know and do what they are commanded. And there will be after them caliphs who act according to what they do not know and do what they are not commanded. Whoever denounces them is free from blame, and whoever remains silent is safe, but whoever is pleased and follows them..."
