أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ الْقُرَظِيِّ قَالَ كُنْتُ فِيمَنْ حَكَمَ فِيهِمْ سَعْدُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ فَشَكَّوْا فِيَّ أَمِنَ الذُّرِّيَّةِ أَنَا أَمْ مِنَ الْمُقَاتِلَةِ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «انْظُرُوا فَإِنْ كَانَ أَنْبَتَ الشَّعْرَ فَاقْتُلُوهُ وَإِلَّا فَلَا تَقْتُلُوهُ»
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ahmad ibn Ali ibn al-Muthanna informed us, Ubaydullah ibn Mu'adh narrated to us, his father narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us from Qatadah from Anas from the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who stated: «Modesty is from faith, and faith is in Paradise. And obscenity is from harshness, and harshness is in the Fire.»
اردو ترجمہ
احمد بن علی بن المثنی نے ہمیں بیان کیا، محمد بن فضیل نے ہمیں بیان کیا، لیث نے ہمیں بیان کیا - اسی معنی میں۔
