Muhammad bin Amr bin Hasan narrated: We asked Jabir bin Abdullah about the prayer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He said: 'He used to pray Dhuhr when the sun passed its zenith, Asr while the sun was still clear, Maghrib when the sun set, and Isha - sometimes he would pray it early and sometimes he would delay it. When the people came, he would pray it early, and when they did not come, he would delay it. They used to pray Fajr in darkness.'
