وَعَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُمَرَ, عَنْ أَنَسٍ, وَعَن ْ 1 عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ; { أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -بَعْثٍ خَالِدُ بْنُ اَلْوَلِيدِ إِلَى أُكَيْدِرِ دُومَةَ, فَأَخَذُوهُ , 2 فَحَقَنَ دَمِهِ, وَصَالَحَهُ عَلَى اَلْجِزْيَةِ } رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد َ 3 .1 - سقط "عن" من "أ".2 - وفي "أ": "فأخذه"، والذي في "السنن": "فأخذه، فأتوه به".3 - حسن. رواه أبو داود ( 3037 )، والبيهقي ( 9 / 187 ) مطولا.
انگریزی ترجمہ
’Asim bin ’Umar narrated On the authority of Hadrat Anas and Hadrat Uthman bin Abu Sulaiman (RAA),‘The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) sent Khalid bin al-Walid to Ukaidir of Dawmat al-Jandal and they seized him and brought him to the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him). The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) spared his life and made peace with him on the condition that he should pay Jizyah.’ Related by Abu Dawud.
اردو ترجمہ
عاصم بن عمر نے حضرت انس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ اور حضرت عثمان بن ابی سلیمان سے روایت کیا ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے خالد بن ولید رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کو اُکیدِر دومہ کی طرف بھیجا۔ انہوں نے اسے پکڑ لیا تو آپ نے اس کی جان بخشی اور جزیہ پر صلح کی۔ اسے حضرت ابوداؤد نے روایت کیا ہے۔
