وَثَبَتَ نَفْيُ اَلنَّفَقَةِ فِي حَدِيثِ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ كَمَا تَقَدَّمَ. رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه مسلم (1480) وفيه: "ليس لك عليه نفقة". وتقدم برقم (1004).
انگریزی ترجمہ
It was established that no maintenance is due (to a woman who was divorced with three pronouncements) in the Hadith of Hadrat Fatimah (may Allah be well pleased with him) daughter of Qais, which has preceded. .
اردو ترجمہ
نفقہ نہ ہونا حضرت فاطمہ بنت قیس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا کی حدیث میں ثابت ہے جیسا کہ پہلے گزر چکا۔ اسے مسلم نے روایت کیا۔
