انگریزی ترجمہ
Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "O Allah, have mercy upon those who shave their heads." The Companions said: "And upon those who shorten their hair, O Messenger of Allah!" He said: "O Allah, have mercy upon those who shave their heads." They said again: "And upon those who shorten their hair!" He then said (the third time): "And upon those who shorten their hair."
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”اے اللہ! سر منڈوانے والوں پر اپنی رحمت فرما۔“صحابہ نے عرض کی کہ یا رسول اللہ! بال کتروانے والوں پر (بھی رحمت کی دعا فرمائیے) تو آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”اے اللہ! سر منڈوانے والوں پر رحمت نازل فرما۔“صحابہ نے پھر عرض کی کہ یا رسول اللہ! بال کتروانے والوں پر بھی (رحمت کی دعا فرمائیے تو آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے تیسری بار) فرمایا:”بال کتروا لے والوں پر بھی (رحمت فرما)۔“[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 851]
