انگریزی ترجمہ
Narrated Abu Musa al-Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (peace be upon him) used to make this supplication: "O Lord of the worlds! Forgive me my faults, and my ignorance, and my excess in all my affairs, which You know better than I. O Allah! Forgive me my mistakes and errors, and what I did deliberately, and my foolishness and my frivolity — all of these are found in me. O Allah! Forgive me all my sins, the earlier and the later, the hidden and the open."
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا ابوموسیٰ اشعری رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہنبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمیہ دعا کیا کرتے تھے:”پروردگار عالم! میری خطا معاف فرما اور میری جہالت اور زیادتی جو میں نے سارے کاموں میں کی اور جس کو تو خوب جانتا ہے۔ یا اللہ! میری بھول چوک کو اور جو کام میں نے قصداً کیا اور میری نادانی اور لغویات کو معاف فرما دے، یہ سب باتیں مجھ میں موجود ہیں۔ یااللہ! میرے اگلے پچھلے، چھپے اور کھلے سب گناہوں کو معاف فرما دے۔“[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 2085]
