انگریزی ترجمہ
Narrated Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "When one of you supplicates, let him ask Allah the Exalted with resolve (that: 'Grant me this thing'), and let him not say, 'If You will, forgive me,' or 'If You will, have mercy upon me,' for there is none who can compel or force Allah."
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”جب کوئی تم میں سے دعا کرے تو اللہ تعالیٰ سے قطعی طور پر مانگے (کہ یہ چیز مجھ کو عنایت فرما) یوں نہ کہے کہ اگر تو چاہے تو معاف فرما اور اگر تو چاہے تو مجھ پر رحم فرما۔ اس لیے کہ اللہ پر کوئی زبردستی اور جبر کرنے والا نہیں۔“[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 2077]
