انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Masud al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) said that there was a man among the Ansar called Abu Shuayb (may Allah be pleased with him), who had a slave who was a butcher. He said to him, "Prepare food for me, for I intend to invite five men, including the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)." Then he invited five men, including the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), but another man also followed behind him (peace be upon him). The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "You invited us, five men, and this man has followed us. Now it is your choice: either give him permission or not." He said, "I give him permission too (that is, let him come too)."
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا ابومسعود انصاری رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہقوم انصار میں ایک شخص تھا جسے ابوشعیب رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے تھے، اس کا ایک غلام قصائی تھا، انھوں نے اسے کہا کہ میرے واسطے کھانا تیار کر، میں رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمسمیت پانچ آدمیوں کی دعوت کروں گا۔ پھر انھوں نے رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمسمیت پانچ آدمیوں کو بلایا تو ایک اور شخص بھی آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکے پیچھے ہو لیا، رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”تو نے ہم پانچ آدمیوں کو بلایا ہے اور یہ شخص ہمارے پیچھے چلا آیا۔ اب تجھے اختیار ہے چاہے اسے اجازت دے یا نہ دے۔“(انھوں نے) کہا کہ میں نے اسے بھی اجازت دی (یعنی اسے بھی آنے دیجئیے)۔[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 1902]
