The Mother of the Believers, Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), said that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said to me, "I can tell when you are pleased with me and when you are angry with me." Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said, "I asked, 'How do you (peace be upon him) recognize this?' He (peace be upon him) said, 'When you are pleased with me, you say (in swearing an oath), "By the Lord of Muhammad," and when you are displeased with me, you say, "By the Lord of Ibrahim."'" Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said, "I said, 'Yes (that is true), by Allah! O Messenger of Allah! I only leave out your name (I do not leave out my love for you).'"
اردو ترجمہ
ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہمجھ سے رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”جب تم مجھ سے راضی ہو اور جب ناراض ہو تو میں جان لیتا ہوں۔“ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ میں نے پوچھا:”یہ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکیونکر پہچان لیتے ہیں؟“آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”جب تو مجھ سے راضی ہوتی ہے تو (قسم کھاتے وقت یہ) کہتی ہے”محمد کے رب کی قسم“اور جب تو مجھ سے خفا ہوتی ہے تو کہتی ہے”ابراہیم کے رب کی قسم! ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ میں نے کہا جی ہاں (ٹھیک ہے) واللہ! یا رسول اللہ! میں صرف آپ کا نام چھوڑ دیتی ہوں (آپ کی محبت نہیں چھوڑتی)۔[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 1867]
