انگریزی ترجمہ
Narrated Abdullah ibn Zam'ah (may Allah be pleased with him): He heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) delivering a sermon, and he (peace be upon him) mentioned (in the sermon) the she-camel (of the Prophet Salih, peace be upon him) and the one who killed it. Then the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) explained the verse, "When the most wretched of them rose up" (ash-Shams: 12), saying, "(The responsibility of killing) that she-camel was taken on by a man who was mighty and powerful in his standing, like Abu Zam'ah (may Allah be pleased with him), and that man was very wicked and wretched." Then he mentioned women, (saying,) "Let none of you do such a thing as to beat his wife with a whip like slaves, and then lie with her in the evening." Then he forbade people from laughing at breaking wind, and said, "Why do people laugh at something they themselves do?" In another narration it is thus, that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "(That man) was like Abu Zam'ah, the uncle of Zubayr ibn al-Awwam."
اردو ترجمہ
سیدنا عبداللہ بن زمعہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہانھوں نے رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکو خطبہ دیتے ہوئے سنا اور آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے (خطبہ میں پیغمبر صالح علیہ السلام کی) اونٹنی کا جس نے اسے قتل کیا تھا اس کا ذکر فرمایا۔ پھر رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے”جب ان میں سے ایک نہایت بدبخت اٹھا“(الشمس: 12) کی تفسیر یہ فرمائی کہ اس اونٹنی کو (قتل کرنے کا ذمہ) ایک ایسے شخص نے اٹھایا جو ابوزمعہ (رضی اللہ عنہ) کی طرح اپنی قول میں زبردست قوی تھا اور وہ شخص بڑا خبیث اور بدبخت تھا۔“پھر عورتوں کا ذکر فرمایا:”تم میں سے کوئی ایسا نہ کرے کہ اپنی بیوی کو غلاموں کی طرح کوڑے سے مارے اور پھر شام کو ہی اس سے ہمبستر ہو۔“پھر لوگوں کو گوز لگانے (ہوا خارج کرنے) پر ہنسنے کی ممانعت فرمائی اور فرمایا:”ایسے کام پر جو خود بھی کرتے ہیں، لوگ کیوں ہنستے ہیں؟“ایک دوسری روایت میں یوں ہے کہ نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”(وہ شخص) زبیر بن عوام کے چچا ابوزمعہ کی طرح تھا۔“[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 1801]
