حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلاَنِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي ثَعْلَبَةَ الْخُشَنِيِّ، رضى الله عنه قَالَ نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ أَكْلِ كُلِّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السَّبُعِ. قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ وَلَمْ أَسْمَعْهُ حَتَّى أَتَيْتُ الشَّأْمَ. وَزَادَ اللَّيْثُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، قَالَ وَسَأَلْتُهُ هَلْ نَتَوَضَّأُ أَوْ نَشْرَبُ أَلْبَانَ الأُتُنِ أَوْ مَرَارَةَ السَّبُعِ أَوْ أَبْوَالَ الإِبِلِ. قَالَ قَدْ كَانَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ يَتَدَاوَوْنَ بِهَا، فَلاَ يَرَوْنَ بِذَلِكَ بَأْسًا، فَأَمَّا أَلْبَانُ الأُتُنِ فَقَدْ بَلَغَنَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنْ لُحُومِهَا، وَلَمْ يَبْلُغْنَا عَنْ أَلْبَانِهَا أَمْرٌ وَلاَ نَهْىٌ، وَأَمَّا مَرَارَةُ السَّبُعِ قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلاَنِيُّ أَنَّ أَبَا ثَعْلَبَةَ الْخُشَنِيَّ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنْ أَكْلِ كُلِّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السَّبُعِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
It is narrated by Hadrat Abu Tha`laba Al-Khushani that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) forbade the eating of wild animals having fangs. (Az-Zuhri said: I did not hear this narration except when I went to Sham.) Al-Laith said: Narrated Yunus (upon him be peace): I asked Ibn Shihab, "May we perform the ablution with the milk of she-asses or drink it, or drink the bile of wild animals or urine of camels?" He replied, "The Muslims used to treat themselves with that and did not see any harm in it. As for the milk of she-asses, we have learnt that Allah's Messenger (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) forbade the eating of their meat, but we have not received any information whether drinking of their milk is allowed or forbidden." As for the bile of wild animals, Ibn Shihab said, "Abu Idris (upon him be peace) Al-Khaulani told me that Allah's Messenger (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) forbade the eating of the flesh of every wild beast having fangs
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت ابو ثعلبہ خشنی رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے فرمایا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ہر نوکیلے دانت والے درندے کا گوشت کھانے سے منع فرمایا۔ زہری نے فرمایا: میں نے یہ حدیث اس وقت تک نہیں سنی تھی جب تک میں شام نہیں گیا۔ اور لیث نے اضافہ کیا کہ مجھ سے یونس نے ابن شہاب سے بیان کیا، کہا: اور میں نے ان سے پوچھا کیا ہم گدھیوں کا دودھ پی سکتے ہیں یا اس سے وضو کر سکتے ہیں، یا درندوں کا پتّا یا اونٹوں کا پیشاب استعمال کر سکتے ہیں؟
