حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الطَّوِيلِ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ـ رضى الله عنه أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَتَى خَيْبَرَ لَيْلاً، وَكَانَ إِذَا أَتَى قَوْمًا بِلَيْلٍ لَمْ يُغِرْ بِهِمْ حَتَّى يُصْبِحَ، فَلَمَّا أَصْبَحَ خَرَجَتِ الْيَهُودُ بِمَسَاحِيهِمْ وَمَكَاتِلِهِمْ، فَلَمَّا رَأَوْهُ قَالُوا مُحَمَّدٌ وَاللَّهِ، مُحَمَّدٌ وَالْخَمِيسُ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " خَرِبَتْ خَيْبَرُ، إِنَّا إِذَا نَزَلْنَا بِسَاحَةِ قَوْمٍ فَسَاءَ صَبَاحُ الْمُنْذَرِينَ ".
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hadrat Anas (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrates that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) reached Khaybar at night. It was his practice that whenever he reached an enemy at night, he would not attack them until dawn. When morning came, the Jews came out with their spades (heading toward their fields). When they saw him, they exclaimed: Muhammad! By Allah, Muhammad with his army! The Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) declared: Allahu Akbar! Khaybar is destroyed! Indeed, when we descend in the territory of a people, dreadful is the morning of those who have been warned.
اردو ترجمہ
حضرت انس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم رات کو خیبر پہنچے۔ آپ کا دستور تھا کہ جب کسی قوم کے پاس رات کو پہنچتے تو صبح ہونے تک حملہ نہ فرماتے۔ جب صبح ہوئی تو یہودی اپنے بیلچے لے کر باہر نکلے (کھیتوں کی طرف جا رہے تھے)۔ جب انہوں نے آپ کو دیکھا تو پکار اٹھے: محمد (صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم)! اللہ کی قسم محمد لشکر سمیت! نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: اللہ اکبر! خیبر تباہ ہوا! بے شک جب ہم کسی قوم کے میدان میں اترتے ہیں تو ڈرائے ہوؤں کی صبح بری ہوتی ہے۔
