حَدَّثَنا أحمد بن عبد الله أبو بكر البلالي قال حَدَّثَنا جعفر بن سلمة حَدَّثَنا حماد بن الجعد عَنْ قَتَادةَ عن محمد بن سيرين عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ من اشترى مصراة فهو بالخيار إن شاء أخذها فإن ردها رد معها صاعا من بر لا سمراء اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ من اشترى مصراة فهو بالخيار إن شاء أخذها فإن ردها رد معها صاعا من بر لا سمراء
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ahmad ibn Abdullah Abu Bakr al-Bilali narrated to us, he said: Ja'far ibn Salama narrated to us, Hammad ibn al-Ja'd narrated to us from Qatada from Muhammad ibn Sirin from Abu Hurayra (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever buys a musarrah [an animal whose milk has been retained to deceive the buyer], he has the option: if he wishes he may keep it, and if he returns it, he returns with it a sa' of wheat, not of fine quality."
