وحَدَّثنا عَمْرو قَال حَدَّثنا أَبُو عَاصِم قَال حَدَّثنا ابن عَجْلان عَن أَبِيه عَن أبي هُرَيرة قَالَ قَالَ رَسُول اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم إياكم والوصال قالوا يَا رَسولَ اللهِ إِنَّكَ تُوَاصِلُ قَالَ إِنِّي لست مثلكم إني أبيت يطعمني ربي ويسقيني اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم إياكم والوصال قالوا يَا رَسولَ اللهِ إِنَّكَ تُوَاصِلُ قَالَ إِنِّي لست مثلكم إني أبيت يطعمني ربي ويسقيني
انگریزی ترجمہ
And Amr narrated to us, saying: Abu Asim narrated to us, saying: Ibn Ajlan narrated to us from his father from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) who said: The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: "Beware of continuous fasting (wisal)." They said: 'O Messenger of Allah, but you do wisal.' He said: "I am not like you. I spend the night while my Lord feeds me and gives me to drink."
