حَدَّثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ قَال حَدَّثنا سفيان بن عُيَينة عَن الزُّهْرِيّ عن حُمَيد عَن أبي هُرَيرةم وحَدَّثناه مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى قَال حَدَّثنا عَبد الأعلى قَال حَدَّثنا مَعْمَر عَن الزُّهْرِيّ عن حُمَيد عَن أَبِي هُرَيرة عَن النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم واللفظُ لفظ مَعْمَر أَنَّ رَجُلا أَتَى النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم فقال يا رَسولَ اللهِ إنه أصاب أهله في رمضان نهارًا فقال أعتق رقبة قال ليس عندي قال صم شهرين متتابعين قال لا أستطيع قال فأطعم ستين مسكينًا قال لا أجد قال فَأَتَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم بعرق فيه تمر فقال أين الرجل الذي قال ما قال آنفًا خذ هذا فتصدق به قال والذي بعثك بالحق ما بين لابيتها أهل بيت أحوج إليه منا قَالَ فَضَحِكَ رَسُول اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم حتى رأينا نواجذه ثُمَّ قال خذها فكلها وأنفقها على عيالك صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم فقال يا رَسولَ اللهِ إنه أصاب أهله في رمضان نهارًا فقال أعتق رقبة قال ليس عندي قال صم شهرين متتابعين قال لا أستطيع قال فأطعم ستين مسكينًا قال لا أجد قال فَأَتَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم بعرق فيه تمر فقال أين الرجل الذي قال ما قال آنفًا خذ هذا فتصدق به قال والذي بعثك بالحق ما بين لابيتها أهل بيت أحوج إليه منا قَالَ فَضَحِكَ رَسُول اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم حتى رأينا نواجذه ثُمَّ قال خذها فكلها وأنفقها على عيالك
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ahmad ibn Abdah narrated to us, he said: Sufyan ibn Uyaynah narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Humayd, from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him). And Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna narrated it to us, he said: Abd al-A'la narrated to us, he said: Ma'mar narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Humayd, from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him), from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) — and the wording is that of Ma'mar — that a man came to the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) and said: "O Messenger of Allah, he had relations with his wife during the day in Ramadan." He stated: «Free a slave." He said: "I do not have one." He stated: «Fast two consecutive months." He said: "I am unable." He stated: «Feed sixty poor people." He said: "I cannot find." He said: A basket containing dates was brought to the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), and he stated: «Where is the man who said what he said just now? Take this and give it in charity.» He said: "By the One Who sent you with the truth, there is no household between its two lava plains more in need of it than us." He said: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) laughed until we saw his molars. Then he stated: «Take it, eat it, and spend it on your family.»
