حَدَّثنا الحسين بن مهدي قال أَخْبَرنا مُحَمد بن يوسف الفريابي قَال حَدَّثنا سفيان بن عُيَينة عَن الزُّهْرِيّ عَن سَعِيد عَن أَبِي هُرَيرة عَن النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم أَنَّه قال تستأمر اليتيمة في نفسها وسكوتها إقرارهاوهذا الحديث لا نعلم أسنده عَن ابن عُيَينة إلاَّ الفريابي اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم أَنَّه قال تستأمر اليتيمة في نفسها وسكوتها إقرارهاوهذا الحديث لا نعلم أسنده عَن ابن عُيَينة إلاَّ الفريابي
انگریزی ترجمہ
Al-Husayn ibn Mahdi narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Yusuf al-Firyabi informed us, he said: Sufyan ibn Uyaynah narrated to us, from az-Zuhri, from Sa'id, from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him), from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who stated: «The orphan girl should be consulted regarding herself, and her silence is her approval.» This hadith is not known to us as being connected in chain from Ibn Uyaynah except by al-Firyabi.
