وحَدَّثنا نصر بن علي قال أَخْبَرنا عَبد الأعلى قال أَخْبَرنا مَعْمَر عَن الزُّهْرِيّ عَن سَعِيد عَن أَبِي هُرَيرة عَن النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قَال لاَ يَبِعْ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ ولاَ تناجشوا ولاَ يبيع الرجل على بيع أخيه ولاَ يخطب على خطبته ولاَ تسأل المرأة طلاق أختها لتكفىء إناءهاوهذا الحديث قد رواه غير مَعْمَر أيضا عَن الزُّهْرِيّ عَن سَعِيد عَن أبي هُرَيرة اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قَال لاَ يَبِعْ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ ولاَ تناجشوا ولاَ يبيع الرجل على بيع أخيه ولاَ يخطب على خطبته ولاَ تسأل المرأة طلاق أختها لتكفىء إناءهاوهذا الحديث قد رواه غير مَعْمَر أيضا عَن الزُّهْرِيّ عَن سَعِيد عَن أبي هُرَيرة
انگریزی ترجمہ
Nasr ibn Ali narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A'la informed us, he said: Ma'mar informed us, from az-Zuhri, from Sa'id, from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him), from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who stated: «A town-dweller should not sell on behalf of a desert-dweller. Do not practice najash (artificial price inflation). A man should not sell over the sale of his brother, nor propose marriage over his brother's proposal. A woman should not ask for the divorce of her sister in order to empty her plate.» This hadith has also been narrated by others besides Ma'mar from az-Zuhri from Sa'id from Abu Hurairah.
