وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ قَالَ جَاءَتْ أُمُّ سُلَيْمٍ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدْ رَدَّتْنِي بِخِمَارِهَا وَوَزَرَتْنِي بِمِقْنَعَةٍ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسولَ اللهِ هذا أنس ابني أتيتك به لتدعوا لَهُ فَقَالَ اللَّهُمَّ أَكْثِرْ مَالَهُ وَوَلَدَهُ قَالَ أَنَسٌ فَوَاللَّهِ إِنَّ مَالِي لَكَثِيرٌ وَوَلَدِي كَذَا وكذا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدْ رَدَّتْنِي بِخِمَارِهَا وَوَزَرَتْنِي بِمِقْنَعَةٍ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسولَ اللهِ هذا أنس ابني أتيتك به لتدعوا لَهُ فَقَالَ اللَّهُمَّ أَكْثِرْ مَالَهُ وَوَلَدَهُ قَالَ أَنَسٌ فَوَاللَّهِ إِنَّ مَالِي لَكَثِيرٌ وَوَلَدِي كَذَا وكذا
انگریزی ترجمہ
And with his chain of narration, he said: Umm Sulaym came to the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) — she had wrapped me in her headscarf and clothed me with a head-covering — and she said: O Messenger of Allah, this is my son Anas. I have brought him to you so that you may supplicate for him. He stated: «O Allah, increase his wealth and his children.» Anas said: By Allah, indeed my wealth is plentiful and my children are such-and-such in number.
