أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ زَوَّجَهَا وَلِيَّانِ فَهِيَ لِلأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا وَمَنْ بَاعَ بَيْعًا مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ فَهُوَ لِلأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا
انگریزی ترجمہ
Narrated Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 'If a woman is given in marriage by two guardians, she belongs to the first of them, and if a sale is made to two men, it belongs to the first of them.'
