حَدَّثنا إبراهيم بن سَعِيد قَال حَدَّثنا مُحَمد بْنُ حُجْر قَالَ حَدَّثني سَعِيد بْنُ عَبد الْجَبَّارِ بْنِ وَائِلِ بْنِ حُجْر عَن أَبيهِ عَن أُمِّهِ عَنْ وَائِلِ بْنِ حُجْر رَضِي اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ شَهِدْتُ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم وَأُتِيَ بِإِنَاءٍ فِيهِ مَاءٌ فَأَكْفَأَهُ عَلَى يَمِينِهِ ثَلاثًا ثُمَّ غَمَسَ يَمِينَهُ فِي الْمَاءِ فَغَسَلَ بِهَا يَسَارَهُ ثَلاثًا ثُمَّ أَدْخَلَ يَمِينَهُ فِي الْمَاءِ فَحَفَنَ بِهَا حَفْنَةً مِنَ الْمَاءِ فَمَضْمَضَ وَاسْتَنْشَقَ ثَلاثًا وَاسْتَنْثَرَ ثُمَّ أَدْخَلَ كَفَّيْهِ فِي الإِنَاءِ فَرَفَعَهَا إِلَى وَجْهِهِ فَغَسَلَ وَجْهَهُ ثَلاثًا وَغَسَلَ بَاطِنَ أُذُنَيْهِ وَأَدْخَلَ إصبَعَيْهِ فِي دَاخِلِ أُذُنَيْهِ وَمَسَحَ ظَاهِرَ رَقَبَتِهِ وَبَاطِنَ لِحْيَتِهِ ثَلاثًا ثُمَّ أَدْخَلَ يَمِينَهُ فِي الْمَاءِ فَغَسَلَ بِهَا ذِرَاعَهُ الْيُمْنَى حَتَّى جَاوَزَ الْمِرْفَقَ ثَلاثًا ثُمَّ غَسَلَ يَسَارَهُ بِيَمِينِهِ حَتَّى جَاوَزَ الْمِرْفَقَ ثَلاثًا ثُمَّ مَسَحَ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ ثَلاثًا وَظَاهِرَ أُذُنَيْهِ ثَلاثًا وَظَاهِرَ رَقَبَتِهِ وَأَظُنُّهُ قَالَ وَظَاهِرَ لِحْيَتِهِ ثَلاثًا ثُمَّ غَسَلَ بِيَمِينِهِ قَدَمَهُ الْيُمْنَى ثَلاثًا وَفَصَلَ بَيْنَ أَصَابِعِهِ أَوْ قَالَ خَلَّلَ بَيْنَ أَصَابِعِهِ وَرَفَعَ الْمَاءَ حَتَّى جَازَ الْكَعْبَ ثُمَّ رَفَعَهُ فِي السَّاقِ ثُمَّ فَعَلَ بِالْيُسْرَى مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ ثُمَّ أَخَذَ حَفْنَةً من ماء فمل بِهَا يَدَهُ ثُمَّ وَضَعَهَا عَلَى رَأْسِهِ حَتَّى انْحَدَرَ الْمَاءُ مِنْ جَوَانِبِهِ وَقال هَذَا تَمَامُ الْوُضُوءِ وَلَمْ أَرَهُ تَنَشَّفَ بِثَوْبٍ ثُمَّ نَهَضَ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ فَدَخَلَ فِي الْمِحْرَابِ يَعْنِي مَوْضِعَ الْمِحْرَابِ فَصَفَّ النَّاسَ خَلْفَهُ وعَن يَمِينِهِ وعَن يَسَارِهِ ثُمَّ رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ حَتَّى حَاذَتَا بِشَحْمَةِ أُذُنَيْهِ ثُمَّ وَضَعَ يَمِينَهُ عَلَى يَسَارِهِ عِنْدَ صَدْرِهِ ثُمَّ افْتَتَحَ الْقِرَاءَةَ فَجَهَرَ بِالْحَمْدِ ثُمَّ فَرَغَ مِنْ سُورَةِ الْحَمْدِ ثُمَّ قَالَ آمِينَ حَتَّى سَمِعَ مَنْ خَلْفَهُ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ سُورَةً أُخْرَى ثُمَّ رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ بِالتَّكْبِيرِ حَتَّى حَاذَتَا بِشَحْمَةِ أُذُنَيْهِ ثُمَّ رَكَعَ فَجَعَلَ يَدَيْهِ عَلَى ركبيتيه وَفَرَّجَ بَيْنَ أَصَابِعِهِ وَأَمْهَلَ فِي الرُّكُوعِ حَتَّى اعْتَدَلَ وَصَارَ صُلْبُهُ لَوْ وُضِعَ عَلَيْهِ قَدَحٌ مِنَ الْمَاءِ مَا انْكَفَأَ ثُمَّ رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم بِخُشُوعٍ وَقال سَمِعَ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ ثُمَّ رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ حَتَّى حَاذَتَا بِشَحْمَةِ أُذُنَيْهِ ثُمَّ انْحَطَّ لِلسُّجُودِ بِالتَّكْبِيرِ فَرَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ إِلَى أَنْ حَاذَتَا بِشَحْمَةِ أُذُنَيْهِ ثُمَّ أَثْبَتَ جَبْهَتَهُ فِي الأَرْضِ حَتَّى إِنِّي أَرَى أَنْفَهُ فِي الرَّمْلِ وَقَوَّسَ بِذِرَاعَيْهِ وَرَأْسِهِ وَبَسَطَ فَخِذَهُ الْيَسَارَ وَنَصَبَ الْيَمِينَ كَمَا أَثْبَتَ أَصَابِعَ رِجْلَيْهِ وَلَمْ يُمْهِلْ بِالسُّجُودِ وَرَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ فَرَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ بِالتَّكْبِيرِ إِلَى أَنْ حَاذَتَا بِشَحْمَةِ أُذُنَيْهِ وَجَلَسَ جِلْسَةً خَفِيفَةً فَوَضَعَ كَفَّهُ الْيَمِينَ عَلَى رُكْبَتِهِ وَبَعْضِ فَخِذِهِ وَحَلَّقَ بِأُصْبُعِهِ ثُمَّ انْحَطَّ سَاجِدًا بِمِثْلِ ذَلِكَ ثُمَّ رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ بِالتَّكْبِيرِ بِيَدَيْهِ إِلَى أَنْ حَاذَتَا بِشَحْمَةِ أُذُنَيْهِ وَإِلَى أَنِ اعْتَدَلَ فِي قِيَامِهِ وَرَجَعَ كُلُّ عَظْمٍ إِلَى مَوْضِعِهِ ثُمَّ صَلَّى أَرْبَعَ رَكَعَاتٍ يَفْعَلُ فِيهِنَّ مَا يَفْعَلُ فِي هَذِهِ ثُمَّ جَلَسَ جِلْسَةً فِي التَّشَهُّدِ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ عَلَى يَمِينِهِ حَتَّى يُرَى بَيَاضُ خَدِّهِ الأَيْسَرِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ حَتَّى يُرَى بَيَاضُ خَدِّهِ الأَيْمَنِوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لاَ نعلمُهُ يُرْوَى بِهَذَا اللَّفْظِ إلاَّ عَنْ وَائِلِ بْنِ حُجْر بهذا الإسناد وَأُتِيَ بِإِنَاءٍ فِيهِ مَاءٌ فَأَكْفَأَهُ عَلَى يَمِينِهِ ثَلاثًا ثُمَّ غَمَسَ يَمِينَهُ فِي الْمَاءِ فَغَسَلَ بِهَا يَسَارَهُ ثَلاثًا ثُمَّ أَدْخَلَ يَمِينَهُ فِي الْمَاءِ فَحَفَنَ بِهَا حَفْنَةً مِنَ الْمَاءِ فَمَضْمَضَ وَاسْتَنْشَقَ ثَلاثًا وَاسْتَنْثَرَ ثُمَّ أَدْخَلَ كَفَّيْهِ فِي الإِنَاءِ فَرَفَعَهَا إِلَى وَجْهِهِ فَغَسَلَ رَقَبَتِهِ وَأَظُنُّهُ قَالَ وَظَاهِرَ لِحْيَتِهِ ثَلاثًا ثُمَّ غَسَلَ بِيَمِينِهِ قَدَمَهُ الْيُمْنَى ثَلاثًا وَفَصَلَ بَيْنَ أَصَابِعِهِ أَوْ قَالَ خَلَّلَ بَيْنَ أَصَابِعِهِ وَرَفَعَ الْمَاءَ حَتَّى جَازَ الْكَعْبَ ثُمَّ رَفَعَهُ فِي السَّاقِ ثُمَّ فَعَلَ بِالْيُسْرَى مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ ثُمَّ أَخَذَ حَفْنَةً من ماء فمل بِهَا يَدَهُ ثُمَّ وَضَعَهَا عَلَى رَأْسِهِ حَتَّى انْحَدَرَ الْمَاءُ مِنْ جَوَانِبِهِ وَقال هَذَا تَمَامُ الْوُضُوءِ وَلَمْ أَرَهُ تَنَشَّفَ بِثَوْبٍ ثُمَّ نَهَضَ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ فَدَخَلَ فِي الْمِحْرَابِ يَعْنِي مَوْضِعَ الْمِحْرَابِ فَصَفَّ النَّاسَ خَلْفَهُ وعَن يَمِينِهِ وعَن يَسَارِهِ ثُمَّ رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ حَتَّى حَاذَتَا بِشَحْمَةِ أُذُنَيْهِ ثُمَّ وَضَعَ يَمِينَهُ عَلَى يَسَارِهِ عِنْدَ صَدْرِهِ ثُمَّ افْتَتَحَ الْقِرَاءَةَ فَجَهَرَ بِالْحَمْدِ ثُمَّ فَرَغَ مِنْ سُورَةِ الْحَمْدِ ثُمَّ قَالَ آمِينَ حَتَّى سَمِعَ مَنْ خَلْفَهُ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ سُورَةً أُخْرَى ثُمَّ رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ بِالتَّكْبِيرِ حَتَّى حَاذَتَا بِشَحْمَةِ أُذُنَيْهِ ثُمَّ رَكَعَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم بِخُشُوعٍ وَقال سَمِعَ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ ثُمَّ رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ حَتَّى حَاذَتَا بِشَحْمَةِ أُذُنَيْهِ ثُمَّ انْحَطَّ لِلسُّجُودِ بِالتَّكْبِيرِ فَرَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ إِلَى أَنْ حَاذَتَا بِشَحْمَةِ أُذُنَيْهِ ثُمَّ أَثْبَتَ جَبْهَتَهُ فِي الأَرْضِ حَتَّى إِنِّي أَرَى أَنْفَهُ فِي الرَّمْلِ وَقَوَّسَ بِذِرَاعَيْهِ وَرَأْسِهِ وَبَسَطَ فَخِذَهُ الْيَسَارَ وَنَصَبَ الْيَمِينَ كَمَا أَثْبَتَ أَصَابِعَ رِجْلَيْهِ وَلَمْ يُمْهِلْ بِالسُّجُودِ وَرَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ فَرَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ بِالتَّكْبِيرِ إِلَى أَنْ حَاذَتَا بِشَحْمَةِ أُذُنَيْهِ وَجَلَسَ جِلْسَةً خَفِيفَةً فَوَضَعَ كَفَّهُ الْيَمِينَ عَلَى رُكْبَتِهِ وَبَعْضِ فَخِذِهِ وَحَلَّقَ بِأُصْبُعِهِ ثُمَّ انْحَطَّ سَاجِدًا بِمِثْلِ ذَلِكَ ثُمَّ رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ بِالتَّكْبِيرِ بِيَدَيْهِ إِلَى أَنْ حَاذَتَا بِشَحْمَةِ أُذُنَيْهِ وَإِلَى أَنِ اعْتَدَلَ فِي قِيَامِهِ وَرَجَعَ كُلُّ عَظْمٍ إِلَى مَوْضِعِهِ ثُمَّ صَلَّى أَرْبَعَ رَكَعَاتٍ يَفْعَلُ فِيهِنَّ مَا يَفْعَلُ فِي هَذِهِ ثُمَّ جَلَسَ جِلْسَةً فِي التَّشَهُّدِ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ عَلَى يَمِينِهِ حَتَّى يُرَى بَيَاضُ خَدِّهِ الأَيْسَرِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ حَتَّى يُرَى بَيَاضُ خَدِّهِ الأَيْمَنِوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لاَ نعلمُهُ يُرْوَى بِهَذَا اللَّفْظِ إلاَّ عَنْ وَائِلِ بْنِ حُجْر بهذا الإسناد

Ibrahim ibn Sa'id narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Hujr narrated to us, he said: Sa'id ibn Abd al-Jabbar ibn Wa'il ibn Hujr narrated to me from his father from his mother from Wa'il ibn Hujr (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: I witnessed the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) being brought a vessel of water. He poured it over his right hand three times, then dipped his right hand in the water and washed his left hand with it three times. Then he put his right hand into the water and scooped a handful of water, rinsed his mouth and inhaled water into his nose three times, and exhaled it. Then he put both his palms into the vessel and raised them to his face, washing his face three times. He washed the insides of his ears, putting his fingers inside his ears, and wiped the outside of his neck and the inside of his beard three times. Then he put his right hand in the water and washed his right forearm past the elbow three times, then washed his left with his right past the elbow three times. Then he wiped his head three times, and the outside of his ears three times, and the outside of his neck. I think he also said: and the outside of his beard three times. Then he washed his right foot with his right hand three times, separating between his toes, or he said: interlacing between his toes, and raised the water past the ankle, then raised it up the shin. Then he did the same with the left. Then he took a handful of water, filled his hand with it, and placed it on his head until the water ran down from all sides. He said: "This is the complete wudu." I did not see him dry himself with a cloth. Then he stood up and went to the mosque, entered the prayer niche - meaning where the prayer niche would be - and the people lined up behind him, to his right and to his left. Then he raised his hands until they were level with his earlobes, then placed his right hand over his left at his chest. Then he began the recitation and recited al-Fatiha aloud. When he finished Surah al-Fatiha, he said 'Amin' so that those behind him could hear. Then he recited another surah. Then he raised his hands with the takbir until they were level with his earlobes, then he bowed and placed his hands on his knees, spreading his fingers, and took his time in bowing until his back was level - if a cup of water were placed on it, it would not spill. Then he raised his head with humility and said: 'Allah hears the one who praises Him.' Then he raised his hands until they were level with his earlobes, then he went down for prostration with the takbir, raising his hands until they were level with his earlobes. He placed his forehead firmly on the ground until I could see his nose in the sand. He arched his arms and head, spread his left thigh and propped up his right, and fixed the toes of his feet [toward the qibla]. He did not take long in prostration. He raised his head and raised his hands with the takbir until they were level with his earlobes. He sat briefly and placed his right palm on his right knee and part of his thigh, and formed a ring with his finger. Then he went down into prostration similarly. Then he raised his head with the takbir, with his hands until they were level with his earlobes, until he was upright in his standing and every bone had returned to its place. Then he prayed four rak'ahs doing in them what he did in this one. Then he sat for the tashahhud similarly. Then he gave salam to his right until the whiteness of his left cheek could be seen, and gave salam to his left until the whiteness of his right cheek could be seen. This hadith, we do not know it to be narrated with this wording except from Wa'il ibn Hujr with this chain.
