حَدَّثنا عَبد اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيد الْكِنْدِيُّ قَال حَدَّثنا مُعَمَّرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الرَّقِّيُّ عَن الحَجَّاج بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ عَنْ عَبد الْجَبَّارِ بْنِ وَائِلِ بْنِ حُجْر عَن أَبيهِ رَضِي اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ امْرَأَةً اسْتُكْرِهَتْ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى الله عَلَيه وَسَلَّم فدرأ الحد عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ وَأَقَامَهُ عَلَى الَّذِي أَصَابَهُ وَلَمْ يذكر أنه جعل لها مهرا عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى الله عَلَيه وَسَلَّم فدرأ الحد عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ وَأَقَامَهُ عَلَى الَّذِي أَصَابَهُ وَلَمْ يذكر أنه جعل لها مهرا
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abdullah ibn Sa'id al-Kindi narrated to us, he said: Mu'ammar ibn Sulayman ar-Raqqi narrated to us from al-Hajjaj ibn Arta'a from Abd al-Jabbar ibn Wa'il ibn Hujr from his father (may Allah be pleased with him) that a woman was forced [into intimacy] during the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). He waived the punishment from the woman and carried it out upon the one who committed the act. He did not mention that he assigned her a dowry.
