حَدَّثنا العباس بن أبي طالب قَال حَدَّثنا بكر بن خداش قَال حَدَّثنا عِيسَى بْنُ الْمُسَيَّب عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ الْعَوْفِيِّ عَنْ عَبد اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيدة عَن أَبيهِ رَضِي اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُول اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم لا يُسْتَعْمَلُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى عَشَرَةٍ فَمَا فَوْقَهُمْ إلاَّ جِيءَ بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مَغْلُولَةً يَدُهُ إِلَى عُنُقِهِ فَإِنْ كَانَ مُحْسِنًا فُكَّ غُلُّهُ وَإن كَانَ مُسِيئًا زِيدَ غُلا إِلَى غُلِّهِ عَنْ عَبد اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيدة عَن أَبيهِ رَضِي اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُول اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم لا يُسْتَعْمَلُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى عَشَرَةٍ فَمَا فَوْقَهُمْ إلاَّ جِيءَ بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مَغْلُولَةً يَدُهُ إِلَى عُنُقِهِ فَإِنْ كَانَ مُحْسِنًا فُكَّ غُلُّهُ وَإن كَانَ مُسِيئًا زِيدَ غُلا إِلَى غُلِّهِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Al-Abbas ibn Abi Talib narrated to us, he said: Bakr ibn Khidash narrated to us, he said: Isa ibn al-Musayyab narrated to us from Atiyya al-Awfi from Abdullah ibn Burayda from his father (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "No man is appointed over ten or more people except that he will be brought on the Day of Judgment with his hand shackled to his neck. If he was a good [leader], his shackle will be removed; and if he was a bad [leader], more shackles will be added to his shackle."
