حَدَّثنا مُحَمد بن المثنى قال حَدَّثنا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم إِذَا أَبْرَدْتُمْ إِلَيَّ بَرِيدًا فَأَبْرِدُوهُ حَسَنَ الْوَجْهِ حَسَنَ الاسْمِوَهَذَانِ الْحَدِيثَانِ لا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُمَا عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ إِلا قَتَادَةُ اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم إِذَا أَبْرَدْتُمْ إِلَيَّ بَرِيدًا فَأَبْرِدُوهُ حَسَنَ الْوَجْهِ حَسَنَ الاسْمِوَهَذَانِ الْحَدِيثَانِ لا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُمَا عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ إِلا قَتَادَةُ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna narrated to us, he said: Mu'adh ibn Hisham narrated to us from his father from Qatada from Abdullah ibn Burayda from his father (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "When you send me a messenger, send one who is good-looking and has a good name." These two hadiths, we do not know anyone who narrated them from Abdullah ibn Burayda from his father except Qatada.
