حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ أَبِي مَالِكٍ الْأَشْجَعِيِّ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِأَبِي يَا أَبَةِ صَلَّيْتَ خَلْفَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَخَلْفَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ وَعُثْمَانَ وَعَلِيٍّ هَلْ رَأَيْتَ أَحَدًا مِنْهُمْ قَنَتَ قَالَ مُحْدَثًا يَا بُنَيَّ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ja'far, from Shu'bah, from Sulayman, from Dharr, from 'Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) who said: 'The best of speech is the Book of Allah, and the best of guidance is the guidance of Muhammad.'
