حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ هَيَّاجٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا الْمِنْهَالُ بْنُ خَلِيفَةَ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ تَمَامٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ امْرَأَةً رَمَتِ امْرَأَةً بِحَجَرٍ فَأَلْقَتْ جَنِينًا مَيِّتًا فَقَضَى فِيهِ النَّبِيُّ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ بِغُرَّةِ عَبْدٍ أَوْ أَمَةٍ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ قَدْ رُوِيَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ وُجُوهٍ وَلَا نَعْلَمُ يُرْوَى عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ إِلَّا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ أَبُو الْمَلِيحِ عَنْ حَمَلِ بْنِ مَالِكِ وَحَدِيثُ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ إِسْنَادٌ حَسَنٌ لِأَنَّ الْمِنْهَالَ مَشْهُورٌ وَسَلَمَةُ بْنُ تَمَامٍ وَأَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الشَّقَرِيُّ فَذَكَرْنَاهُ لِعِزَّةِ حَدِيثِ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn 'Umar ibn Hayyaj narrated to us, he said: 'Ubaydullah ibn Musa informed us, he said: al-Minhal ibn Khalifah informed us, from Salamah ibn Tamam, from Abu al-Malih, from his father, that a woman struck another woman with a stone and caused her to miscarry a dead fetus. The Prophet (peace be upon him) ruled that a ghurrah (a male or female slave) should be given as compensation. This hadith has been narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) through various routes, and we do not know it to be narrated from Abu al-Malih from his father except through this route. Abu al-Malih also narrated it from Hamal ibn Malik. The chain of Abu al-Malih from his father is a good chain because al-Minhal is well-known and Salamah ibn Tamam is Abu Abdullah al-Shaqari. We mentioned it due to the rarity of Abu al-Malih's hadith from his father.
