أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ أنبأ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الرَّزَّازُ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْخَلِيلِ ثنا أَبُو النَّضْرِ ثنا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ جَعْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَسَأَلَهُ عَنْ لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَيُّكُمْ يَذْكُرُ لَيْلَةَ الصَّهْبَاوَاتِ فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ أَنَا وَاللهِ أَذْكُرُهَا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ بِأَبِي أَنْتَ وَأُمِّي وَأَنَّ فِي يَدِيَّ تَمَرَاتٍ أَتَسَحَّرُ بِهِنَّ مُسْتَتِرًا بِمُؤْخِرَةَ رَحْلٍ مِنَ الْفَجْرِ وَذَلِكَ حِينَ طَلَعَ الْقَمَرُ
انگریزی ترجمہ
'Abdullah [ibn Mas'ud] reported that a man asked the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) about the Night of al-Qadr. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Which of you remembers the Night of the Sahba'awat?' 'Abdullah said: 'By Allah, I remember it, O Messenger of Allah, by my father and mother. I had dates in my hand that I was eating for my pre-dawn meal, concealed behind the back of a saddle from the Fajr, and that was when the moon rose.'
