أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِئُ أنبأ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْقَاضِي ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ثنا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ حَدَّثَنِي حَكِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي حَرَّةَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَجُلًا يَسْأَلُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ نَذَرَ أَنْ لَا يَأْتِيَ عَلَيْهِ يَوْمٌ سَمَّاهُ إِلَّا وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ فِيهِ فَوَافَقَ ذَلِكَ يَوْمَ أَضْحَى أَوْ يَوْمَ فِطْرٍ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ {لَقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِي رَسُولِ اللهِ أُسْوَةٌ} [الأحزاب 21] حَسَنَةٌ لَمْ يَكُنْ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَصُومُ يَوْمَ الْأَضْحَى وَلَا يَوْمَ الْفِطْرِ وَلَا يَأْمُرُ بِصِيَامِهِمَا
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hakim ibn Abi Hurra heard a man ask 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar about a man who vowed that a specific day would not come upon him except that he would be fasting, and that day fell on the Day of Sacrifice or the Day of Breaking Fast. Ibn 'Umar said: 'Indeed in the Messenger of Allah you have a good example.' The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) did not fast on the Day of Sacrifice nor the Day of Breaking Fast, nor did he command fasting on them.
